We have a dedicated Quality Assurance team who visits all the sites periodically and crosschecks the operation and maintenance activities done by the service teams.The hallmark of ENERCON CARE is our development of complete service infrastructure at the site of the wind farm itself.Starting from service stores to service offices to telecommunication amenities to transportation facilities to canteen services are provided to make sure that operation and maintenance work for the WECs run nonstop.

Thanks to VSAT and SAP through which we are able to provide reports of electricity generated by each and every WEC’s on almost real-time basis. Our Customers can see performance of their machines any time on our website. This can be accessed through our Customer Section with a secured Login ID & Password.
SCADA – Remote Monitoring System
Enercon has achieved the significant benefits from SCADA Remote monitoring of WEC’s. These include: maximized generation by reduced stoppage time of WEC’s, more efficient process control, improved product quality, and integration with MIS, resulting in increased operational effectiveness.
Analyze the WEC’s through SDBMS, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC). Advanced WEC stoppage alarms enables personnel to perform predictive calibration of process parameters thus preventing out of limit deviations before they occur.
