The Road Map
Road Map Enercon Training Academy

The road map envisaged gradual build-up of the spectrum of training activities with clearly defined milestones, as depicted in the diagram. We are, till now exactly on the track and are confident of achieving the milestones in the near future.
Presently the 12th ETA course comprising 30 trainees is in progress. The earlier courses were conducted on the service floor during initial stages. In the current year, certain upgrading courses will be conducted for experienced technicians, basically to disseminate new maintenance instructions & to re-emphasize correct maintenance practices. Focused training capsules will also be planned with an aim of covering those critical technical aspects, which need urgent attention at all levels.
In subsequent years, the Academy may be transformed into an autonomous Institute for Wind Energy.
