This is an indicator to measure the manufacturing process performance of rotor blade manufacturing. It is also a unique concept developed by Enercon (India) Limited, to make quality measurable. Quality ratings are displayed on a weekly basis.5S PRACTICES
We have successfully implemented '5S' - the Japanese concept of managing a work place. Periodic audits are conducted on weekly basis, and ratings are display on a board.Quality of all the site operations related to WEC installation, commissioning and servicing is assured by way of audits, wind farm evaluation, technical training and support.
