Project Implementation
|
Project Implementation involves administering the EPC, minimize the gestation period, create systems and audit mechanisms to evaluate the performance of the EPC contractor, project implementation scheduling and finally monitor the preparedness of all the responsible departments for future developments and retain/improve the performance of standards of proposed wind farms in relation with the existing wind farm.

Asset Management
|
Asset Management involves administering the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts benchmarking the performance of the wind farms both amongst themselves and the wind farms established elsewhere, strategy to reduce various costs associated with the O&M, identify the technological advancements and establishing the systems and audit mechanisms to evaluate the performance of the O&M activities that are carried-out.

Business Development
|
Business Development drives the policy initiatives favoring the wind sector, monitor regulatory framework and contribute to the debates and discussions in various fora, developing the data bank of sites with wind potential, track and interpret the development in the sector and identify the opportunities arising, track development in target countries and develop business potential in those markets, design evacuation plans, identify potential investors, identifying potential buyers of generated electricity for direct third party sale, develop the strong network with all the constituents of the electricity market in the country, assist in the development of weather derivatives and insurance products.
