Three tier material stocking norms viz. at site level, at regional level (covering cluster of sites) & at the central level (backing all storage locations) caters to the pertinent needs.
The spares are stored to achieve the service level @99.99% with the help of superior scientific methodology known as spare provision plan under the influence of consumption base & the past history record, also considering the age factor.
The three different stocking norms are basically Safety level, re-order level and max level for each items.
A well-organized spare part supply system is in place to carry out service & maintenance quickly and effectively.

Offices for WPP O&M management at respective sites & regions, Dedicated vehicular arrangements, PMP radios network, cellular & land telephony, and V-SAT integration keeps the SERVICE ahead of time.
